I got this message and I have no idea what to do

 

Displaying of PHP errorsWarningThe PHP setting to display errors is enabled. It is recommended that this is disabled.

It depends on your hosting. If it is shared hosting you may well not have access to it. If it is your own machine you can search for it. However you may find more than one copy.  If you have more than one copy you need to know which one is active by running a phpinfo.php file and looking through the results, see
