As for the Advanced Assignment "textbox"...do you mean the section in the grader report for feedback/comments? Please see my screenshot. This is what the student's grading and my response file show up as for me. Maybe she can't see it because she didn't submit her assignment into the assignment dropbox and that fact is making the file invisible?
