Our teacher would like to issue a certificate if someone has attended 80% of the classes and submitted a paper.
We have used the certificate module before, but not with the attendance module.
Has anyone done this before? At this time, we're not looking for instructions. We're just trying to see if we are treading on new ground.
I installed and configure the attendance and certificate module in a few hours. It works fine if used in a linear fashion. We have to avoid the following, which have failed in our testing.
For now avoid:
Adding sessions halfway through the course.
Changing items the cert is linked to halfway through the course
Adding sessions prior to a student’s enroll date.
