If you mean Central European Summer Time, then that's actually UTC + 2 hours, however if you mean the time in the Netherlands then I can confirm that 1am UTC is 2am in the Netherlands.

I really should learn to tripple check. I was even awake at 2am (as per usual), so I could have easely joined.

I believe that Martin D mentioned there would be a separate meeting about 'course format' developments in Moodle 2.3. Is there a preliminary date for this?
