Hello everyone! 

I have a big favor to ask.

I'm a tutor of a Spanish language course based on Moodle. I want to create exercises for the phonetic and phonological transcription. Is it possible? Did anyone try to do this? How?

I imagine ti put in the platform in the quiz a keyboard (specifically created with the symbols needed - any ideas?) where there are all the symbols and 'clicking' on what they need. In this exercise I would like to put the words to transcript, the space for the transcription and this keyboard to use when it is necessary.

Any ideas? Is it possible in a kind of way? Do you have any other suggestions? pensativo

Possible in various scripted ways. Has been discussed in this thread. Could look something like

where the special characters box opens a dialogue with special characters and the selected is pasted into a shortanswer textfield in a cloze question type. sorriso
