Site Admin>Plugins>Repositories>ManageRepositories
Youtube videos is disabled under Manage Repositories. Able to to select 'Enabled and Visible' option but nothing happens next

Under the Manage Repositories, Youtube should show 'Enabled and Visible' with 'Settings' button beside it .
Are there any settings to enable File uploads and youtube files

I noticed that Site Administration>Plugins>Filters>ManageFilters
All the filters(including Multi-media Plugins) are disabled by default and greyed out.
I think this is causing the problem. Please help me to fix it

Yes, I cant enable the multi media plugins.
I need to upload youtube videos and upload video files
Trying to follow the tutorial
but got stuck as the multimedia plugins are disabled and also 'Youtube videos is disabled under Manage Repositories'

Ok so you are saying that when you go to Settings>Site Administration>Plugins>Filters>Manage filters, you are unable to click on the greyed out filter to enable it? If I have a filter that is greyed out, if I click into the "disabled" box, it then opens up for me to turn it on. Can you not do that?
I'm trying to use the TeX filter and I have exactly the same problem. When I go to "Settings>Site Administration>Plugins>Filters>Manage filters", all filters raws are disabled and greyed out. It's impossible to click into the "disabled" box, so imposible to turn it on. I get the same result in "Settings>Site Administration>Plugins>Plugins overview".
