Can you let me know how to add appointments that have occurred in the past in scheduler?
In the list of students (bottom of scheduler window), locate the student that attended the meeting, and click "schedule". Choose the appointment date as appropriate, fill other required fields in the form, then click "Save". (Tested with Scheduler 2.0.1.)
