Looking at your 3 points:
1. we have access now to 2 instances of 2.2. One we don't have full control over, and for us on that, yes, AJAX is broken. For the other, we have implemented the fix as described in http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=191481
and AJAX seems to be working. More crucially, the fix itself works in that we can delete courses if we choose to.
2. We don't get this issue AFAIK. But I think this is the issue that is fixed by Karim's lib.php fix in http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=191481
3. Do you mean in the topic list? We don't get any issue like this anyway AFAIK.
Hoping that Julian will implement Karim's fix into Grid, in the meantime we are using it and it seems to work well.
