Hello,

I would like to set up a question inside one of my quizzes that would be answered via a rating scale, like the one pictured below from a Google Form:Rating Scale

I can't find a way to do this (Moodle 1.9).

Any ideas?

Hi Germain,

This cannot be achieved with the Quiz module. Please consider using the (3rd-party) Questionnaire module.
