Hi guys,

I have install Questionnaire module in moodle 2.1.

How to add / edit question in Questionnaire  module?

Well, if you have correctly installed the Questionnaire module in your moodle 2.1 site, you should be able to add questions (in teacher edit mode) exactly as you would for any other module. Are you sure the Questionnaire module is correctly installed?

Please provide a screenshot showing your problem.

Then next step ?

Questionnaire  menu not display .

I want step bt step question add process..

I still do not understand your problem. Can you, logged in as admin or teacher, see the Questionnaire activity listed in the list of activities?

If yes, then please describe what you can see next, when you select Questionnaire.

Have you read the Questionnaire documentation?
