Looks like it's just a matter of adding in some Javascript to whichever page you want it. See here. There are also quite a few comments on that page with some refinements.

Hello -

You just need to visit Facebook book here to get it to generate some code for you (no Javascript - although that's not difficult to do either). Then you can add it into your front page, and there's plenty of information about putting it in and customising it.
