Do you get some kind of JavaScript error?
I checked the following, and your JMix exercise displayed OK (see screenshot):
In other words, I cannot reproduce the problem from the information you have given.
Please supply more detailed information:
thanks

Hello Gordon
did you upload the file to your server?
The problem appears only when a file is uploaded to the server.
Yes, I uploaded the fIle to my server, and there was no problem with the display of the quiz. You are welcome to upload your quiz to my server. If you can reproduce the problem there, I will gladly investigate. Gordon
Please do these two things, so that I can investigate the issue on your server:
thank you
Gordon
James, looks like this issue is fixed

1. Open the Chrome JavaScript console, then view the page you are having problems with and report what you see in the console.
3. You can log into my server here:

James,
I tried accessing a few of the QuizPorts on your site using my Chrome for Windows (v 15.0) and the exercises displayed OK and behaved as expected.
I noticed that because you are trying to add navigation buttons to the footer on your site, some of your QuizPort and Glossary pages have a double footer (see attached screenshot). You might need to refine the code that inserts those footers.
