Using http://192.168.0.100:5080/openmeetings/ is normal
Why??
Well its the Moodle Server that tries to connect to 192.168.0.100 not the browser, is that clear?
So actually "HTTP ERROR cURL: Failed to connect to 192.168.0.100" means:
The Moodle Server is not able to connect to this URL from PHP.
There can be only two reasons for this:
1) OpenMeetings Server was not running
2) PHP is not able to connect via cURL to the IP because of DNS error (maybe you have not configured the DNS host correctly)
Maybe, as long as you are working on "localhost", you just try out if everything works with 127.0.0.1.

Error on using moodle with mod_openmeetings but usings moodle in localhost.
