Moodle in English: I need serious help!!!!

i built a new server today for moodle. It's on a win2k server using IIS. I'm having huge problems and i'm now down. I had it running on another server but this install is not working and i need some help. I do have support with Martin but i'm in the US and he is probably sleeping now. Can someone give me some advice till i get him.

i built a new server and i'm trying to get my old moodle to work with it. i think it's mysql that's causing the problem. i've only installed moodle once from scratch. the upgrades are never a problem. it has to be something i'm forgetting. my webpage for moodle won't even load is the biggest problem right now.

What version of PHP you're running 4.3.x or 5.0.x? Is PHP working correctly? Did you set up database rights as described in installation documentation? If you don't get any errormessages about connecting to database, make sure there are no empty spaces after in any line in your config.php file.

I have been running Moodle on Win 2003 using IIS6 quite successfully but only with the following versions:

IIS 6.0

PHP 4.3.10

MySQL 4.1

Trying to use later versions of PHP and MySQL (or upgading to) caused problems I NEVER successfully resolved. This combo install was very smooth and reliable and pretty much by the book (install guide on this site and note on PHP and MySQL site)
