I am a new user. I am trying to change the Smiley Face Icon to another images. It is currently on the left of each site news item in our pilot site. Can someone tell me where I can find out how to do make this change?

- Log into your site
- Click on your name on the top right of the front page
- Click edit profile
- scroll down to the "current picture" section
- Click browse
- Find the jpeg or png image file you want
- Select update profile at the bottom

Hi Gina,
The smiley face is the default image for the user who made the posting. Each user can replace this image with a picture of themselves by going to the "Edit Profile" button, and uploading a suitable picture.

Hi Gina, assuming you want to change this sitewide rather than just for your user, there are two files to change. You'll have to ftp to the site, and change the two png files in www.yourmoodlesite.edu/pix/u/ (f1 and f2).
