Moodle in English: Where can I find flagged and unflagged images ?

Hello Everyone,

While attempting quiz, Question can be marked for reviewing later. there are 2 images flagged and unflagged in /pix/i

I want to replace this images with my own images. I replaced in that folder and it is not reflecting while attempting quiz.

I cleared cache and checked in 3 browsers but it is showing old images.

Well, you should not really be changing the standard images. See http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Themes_2.0_How_to_use_images_within_your_theme#Overriding_core_images for how to change images just in your theme.

However, i/flagged and i/unflagged are the correct images to be changing.
