Greetings,

I’ve attempted to install the skype mod (1.9) on release 1.9.13 but I am getting the following error when accessing Notifications to install the database tables. 

Module “webconf-skype” (2010032200) could not be installed. It requires a newer version of Moodle (currently you are using 2007101591.04, you need 2010102600).

2007101591.04 is the version date for the 1.9 branch.

It turns out that the link I was using to download the skype module, which I thought was for 1.9, was actually pointing to the latest version for 2.1.

So I simply had the wrong module as the error message suggests.
