And I understand the logic as well and do not disagree with it.
Additionally, as I just pointout in a reply to Joseph, we will do some tightening of the "intro" pages. Those links have to be near the top and not below "the fold" and we want to make sure a TOC does not pop up to be visually confusing. Tightening the "home page" of a feature is a good thing.
