I am creating certificates for my moodle site, which has course names that are written in English and Arabic at the same time for example Introduction to E-Learning مقدمة عن التعليم الالكتروني but I am facing a problem as on the certificate the course is written in English correctly and next to it is ??????????? instead of the Arabic text. So if anyone can help me with this issue urgently please.
