General help

Hi all,

I have set up the automatic process to call the cron regularly, but it only happens when I type the instruction into the address bar. I have checked that the cron service is running, which it is. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the cron service several times, in case I was making an error, but all seems in order.

I have put my mail servers into the relevant boxes in administration, and was wondering how the cron could function if I left them blank.

I have, but it does not seem to work properly anymore. It worked OK for a year and a half and something has changed.

When I ask that the result of the cron be e-mailed to me, the e-mail simply reads:

There is something that has changed somewhere and I cannot pinpoint where. I have asked the technical support of the Web Hosting service I use, for help.
