We have all of our lessons set up so that the questions within the lesson will not let a user progress to the next page unless they get the question correct. Recently I have noticed that an increasing number of users are able to progress through a lesson without getting the question correct. I have checked the "jump to" settings on each of the questions and they are set to "this page" if incorrect and "next page" if correct. This isn't what is actually happening.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a bug? It has worked fine on a number of our courses for almost 2 years and has just changed now.
