Hi Zee. I am not sure you can actually - there is a tracker here for CSV bulk course upload in 2.0 that you might like to vote for http://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-13114 Also - there was a script for 1.9 that did bulk upload of courses but I think you'd need access to the files on the server for that and I don't know if you have that?
