Okay... so after a lot of digging around I finally located the icons that are in the filepicker. If you want to customize these to be your own, here is what you do...
First of all your files need to be a icon.png file and 16x16 pixels.
- Repository/local
- Repository/recent
- Repository/user
- Repository/coursefiles
You should be all set.
