Moving courses to another Moodle server

Our IT department has created a Moodle server and now we would like to move our courses to it. We do not need to move the whole Moodle installation just the courses, it this possible?

Hi, Robert. Just back up the course on one server, download the zip file, upload it to the new server, and restore it.

I guess I am being a little dense but I have not been able to find a manual way to back up the courses. Could you sometime stop down in Rm 28 and show me how you would do it? Thank you.

Sure. I'll stop by some time today.

I saw Ryan yesterday and mentioned how odd it was to be communicating with someone in the same building by way of Australia.
