The image "http://dogr-moodle.dogr.local/moodle/theme/image.php?theme=standard&image=icon&rev=162&component=qtype_truefalse" cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.
As I have been looking through other posts and digging into my own system it seems as though I have an issue getting into mysql right now which may be part of my problem. I tried to get in using phpmyadmin and when I use the root id and password it doesn't seem to like it. I can use the password in the command line mysqladmin and get to the mysql> on the console but cannot get in via the webpage with the same id and password.
