Here is an illustration of a preliminary implementation (not released yet). This is not the forum module. The magic happens in the dataform which may be used as a forum, and since I can decide what info is displayed and where, the possibilities are endless. The illustration merely demonstrates users' masking and for that purpose real name and picture are displayed along side the stage name and picture. Since the dataform allows for multiple views, I can create one view of the posts with actors' info and a corresponding view of the posts with users' real info. I can also create alternate sets of actors and use them in the same or different views.
