I have the solution for ur point number 1 & 3.
For the first one just set the New Page option while creating quiz to "Every Question".
For the third one just mark the the flag symbol while attempting the quiz.It will turn into red and on final submitting page u will find that question to be marked red and on clicking that u can again attempt that one when finish just demark the flag and submit finally.
