So i've just installed moodle and have added a few users so i would now like them to be assigned to teacher and students.
My ultimate goal is to let the teachers edit their profile but not the students but when looking round the site the whole role and privilege thing is really confusing. Im not even sure how i would go about assigning a user to the student role to prevent them from editing their profile.
Is there an easy guide somewhere on this somewhere for moodle 2.0?
