Are there any plans that the alt-tags of the icons are automaticly filled with  text in the language of the course?

I believe this is already the case in many places. If you have a specific alt tag in mind then you should probably file a bug report.

I recently noticed the alt tags for the block edit controls where not localized, but think this is now fixed in CVS.

most of the alt tags in the help files are present, but emty  (and useless) at the moment

They  are missing in the activity block in the course.

I think there are only a few help files using pictures. Should we add the text for every language?
