Which course development tool to use with Moodle 2.0?

Hi there.  I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post to.  I am new to Moodle.  I need to create a course that will reside in Moodle 2.0.  This course will have quiz questions and other interactivity (embedded SWF, video maybe, audio) but will not need to utilize SCORM in any way.  No information from the course needs to be passed back to Moodle.

My question is, which development tool would be the best to use with Moodle 2.0?  Adobe Captivate 5, Trivantis Lectora or Articulate 09?

Thanks for your help.

HI there. You can do quizzes, embed swf and add video and audio directly into Moodle without needing any course development tools at all - Moodle has the facilities already. Have you created a course in Moodle, turned on the editing and accessed the resources/activities drop down box and had a play at what is already there?  There is documentation here http://docs.moodle.org/20/en?lang=en

Now that you mention it, yes, I guess I am aware that you can do all those things from within Moodle, though I have yet to do them.  I feel like that wouldn't give the learner the same learning experience as a stand alone course would.
