I have done all the recommended actions and the grades link still does not display for either students or teacher or admin. I have to go into users and click Activity Report to see the grades. I looked in the mdl_course database table and it is correct as well. What could be corrupt on the system to cause this? It was not true last semester, and I did not do a version upgrade.
If any of you is an expert how can I enlist your help on this?
