Need help to create a Survey, where we will have questions banks on various topics where a group of users will be giving their views/choices.
Also need help to upload these questions as we upload quiz questions.

Hello Maharana. You might get a better response if you ask your question in the Using Moodle forums as this is just for social chat. However, to start you off, I would suggest you look at the non-standard Feedback or Questionnaire modules (which you would have to download from the Modules and plugins area on the downloads tab above) These modules let you ask different types of questions of students where their give their opinions. There is a "survey" module in Moodle already but you cannot change the questions it asks.
