Vernellia, I really appreciate all your feedback. I plan to fix some of workshop issues (of which many were reported by yourself) for Moodle 2.1 for the July release. Unfortunately I do not expect I would have time to implement any new feature, including the scheduled phase switching. At the moment I am 100% occupied with another development project (restoring 1.9 courses in Moodle 2.1) and my resources are pretty limited. Thanks for understanding.
