My SCORM packages (created in Captivate CS5 - published to Flash player 9) are loading in Firefox, but not in IE. In IE, it is stuck on the Loading... screen. In Firefox, the 3.5 MB swf loads within 3.9 secs (according to firebug).

I don't believe it's a setting in my Captivate publishing settings or Moodle SCORM settings. however, if you need this info to help me troubleshoot, I'll post screenshots.
I'm going to try to find a method to track download times in IE, like Firebug does for Firefox. I love firebug!!
UPDATE:
I changed the Captivate preloader to 25% and still having problems in IE.
Some forums suggest reducing the "committing frequency", but I don't know what that means from a SCORM perspective.
The Captivate SCORM settings are set to only report Quiz Results. It is not reportining interactions.
