Moodle in English: Server configuration for Innodb

I am switching my moodle1.9.11 to a new server with Xeon7530*2, 16GB RAM running debian squeeze.

Now OS is newly installed with apache2, php5.3 and mysql.

I migrated MyISAM to InnoDB.

I need any suggestion for a better performance.
