Unable to see Question Banks

Unable to see Question Banks

I'm running 1.9+ and recently transferred to a new server. What has ahppened is that my question banks, while still showing to be in existence are not showing up. This means I cannot add them to quizzes.

Here's what I see when I look for a question bank:

Display questions from sub-categories too
Also show old questions
Show question text in the question list

I've talked to tech support at the server company and they everything is working on their end. Any suggestions for why they disappeared? They were functioning just fine yesterday btw.

Does turning on Debugging reveal any useful clues?

Also, your copy-and-paste makes it a bit unclear what you are seeing. Would a screen-grab work better?

Debugging was able to give any clues and all permissions were set correctly. What I decided to do was reinstall 1.9.7 so it could overwrite any corrupted tables that occurred in the transfer. Seems to have done the trick.
