We are using 2.0, the student is using IE (not sure of the version)
He is attempting to upload a 13 KB .docx file. In the file picker, he clicks on the Browse....button, selects his file, sees it in the file name box. Then when he clicks on the Upload this file...button, the file disappears fromt he Attachment: box and an error box appears, message File not specified.
Any ideas?
