Hello, We are currently using Moodle 1.9.9 and the client I am working with has created worksheets in an MS Word Document and would like these re-created in Moodle. We chose the Questionnaire Module because it allowed us to replicate the worksheets in Moodle with one exception -- tables.
As the learners move through the course material they are presented with tables that feature checkboxes and text fields in which they record their responses. Because of the structure of the course, it is imperative that we find a way to re-create these tables in Moodle. The image below offers a sample of what I need to re-create. I have not been successful using the Questionnaire tool and I am open to using any tool that will allow this functionality.
Finally, I am full server/system admin, so I posted here just in case it mean modifying the PHP/Database to permit this functionality. Also, we are testing 2.0 so if this functionality exists in 2.0, I am open to trying that as well.
