ERROR: Could not find or create a directory AND MORE!

OH man, I am having such a bad week!  This is got to be the 10th thing I've had go wrong with one of my sites... I think something on the server may have something to do with it, but I'm not 'server savy' enough to trouble shoot it.
Can someone help me please? I have two courses on this site, one certificate works fine for the one course, but in the other, we just started getting these error messages:
ERROR: Could not find or create a directory (/home/wizards/public_html/AWSA/moodledata/3/moddata/certificate/1/108)


FPDF error: Unable to create output file: /home/wizards/public_html/AWSA/moodledata/3/moddata/certificate/1/108/Certificate_of_Completion.pdf

 

Can you please give me some advice on how to fix this?

I still haven't been able to get this working, I get an email confirmation that says the certificate has been issued, but the user gets the ERROR still.

Can someone please suggest how I can fix this? Please????
