We have a questionnaire that has 20 questions. Fourteen of these questions use a likert scale that rates 1 to 5 where 1 is worst and 5 is best.
The other questions use essay/comment responses.
Is there a way to have the survey average the responses (4.2, 4.0, 4.5, 3.5...) to specific questions (for example: Questions 1-5 and 14-20)?
