I'm looking at creating an online version of the VAK Learning Syles Questionaire (attached)
Essentially, the quiz adds up the number of A B or C responses to provide a summary of your learning style.
Is there a way to use the quiz module for this?

Please Search the moodle forums with "personality test" words and you will find lots of discussions related to that topic.
Unfortunately at the moment there is no single module/activity/plugin in Moodle which will make it possible to conduct that kind of "test/survey" easily.
Hopefully the new "survey 2" plugin, will offer that feature, some time in the future. See the documentation here: Development:Survey 2 brainstorm
