I use IMS to enrol students and faculity. Sometime for varius reasons enrolment data lags reality so faculty use enrolment keys to let students in to thier courses. This is fine. Under 1.9.x I modified the IMS import to set the course 'password' but under 2.x this is not possible as the information is not in another table. I could modify the ims import more but I try to stay as close to base as possible.
I am wondering if there some automatic way to set random enrolment keys for courses when they are created that already exists?
