The HTML Bar has dissapared. When I want to create a web page I don't see the bar.
I used Safari and Firefox and the problem still persists.
My hosting company is Hostgator. They got a nice Tech Support.
When I installed my moodle I had a configuration problem with the php. folders and I needed to upgrade it to 5.3. Hostgator tech did that for me.
It seems that this problem can't be fixed. I do not want to reinstall the moodle again.
Please HELP!
