How do I customise the print layout to add copyright statement ?

Just after a way to add a copyright statement to each book printed. This would need to include both single chapter/page prints as well as every page of an entire book.

Essentially a footer that would only show when printed. I'm thinking a print style sheet, but not 100% sure how to implement.

Any help appreciated.
