Text editors

Hello all, I am using Moodle 1.9.10 (Build: 20101025) with firefox on Ubuntu 10.04 but i fail to see HTML tool bar when i add resource (Compose Web base). I would like to know what I should do to be able to view this feature. Thanks Yusuf
