Replacing Server Files in Moodle 2.0

Replacing Server Files in Moodle 2.0

Hi, I have a question regarding the new file system in Moodle 2.0

Previously in Moodle 1.9, it was possible to upload a SCORM package that would then get extracted and run as normal. An often requirement of ours was to then go into this package and modify individual files (to fix spelling mistakes, update figures, etc.) by uploading a new file to the server or by just editing it within Moodle (as was possible for text/html files).

In Moodle 2.0 has this functionality disappeared? It's still possible to see individual files from within the package by going through the 'Server Files' repository in the File Picker but is it not actually possible to re-upload a single file or modify an existing one? Is the only way to do this to re-upload the entire package? This would be very inconvenient as our packages are generally very large and making small edits is quite a frequent task for us.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
