We're using quite a lot of IMS Content Packages, linking to resoursces on other domains (e.g. CMS sites). These vers packages were working fine in Moodle 1.9 and any IMSCP "player" I could find. It seems Moodle 2.0 thinks the asolute URLs are relative ones, that is: instead of pointing to "http://path/to/othersite", the links of the deployed Content Package are of the form "http://mymoodle/pluginfile.php/context_id/mod_imscp/content/1/http://path/to/othersite". The URLs appear to be relative (local) instead of absolute.
I found that I could easily change this in the code, but I'm not keen on hacking the Moodle core and wish to know if I'm doing something wrong or if I'm missing something.
