I've followed all the setup instructions available regarding setting up a database and php using IIS for Moodle 1.9.10, however I continue to get this error:
"PHP has not been properly configured with the MSSQL extension so that it can communicate with SQL*Server. Please check your php.ini file or recompile PHP."
Have double checked the ini and found nothing wrong and the settings in IIS are correct to what is listed here: http://docs.moodle.org/en/PHP_settings_by_Moodle_version and here: http://docs.moodle.org/en/Installing_MSSQL_for_PHP

Nevermind, checking my php error logs revealed the problem to be an incorrect dll.
