Do there is extra filed or table like user_preferences for advanced check course?
I limit access to course section if user did not pass , previous section activity like Scorm , But I want this adjustable for some course.
please guide me

Which version of Moodle are you using? 2.0 has pretty good support for limiting access based on completion of activities - it might be more difficult to achieve if you're using 1.9.
