Best way to incorporate a stand-alone level test

I wonder if anyone can help me...

I want to add a stand-alone ESL level test to moodle and I can't work out how to do it easily. At present I have the test, created in Articulate (latest version, studio 9)  on a standard html page (http://www.insegnanti-inglese.com/Level/test-en.html) .

However, I wanted to add it to moodle if possible, accessible from the front page and open to guest users. There are 100 simple multiple-choice questions, to be done within 60 minutes. Ideally I wanted to restrict attempts to 1 so students can't improve their level by repeating the test. Simple, non-adaptive. At the finish I want an immediately visible score and level assessment (yes, I know it's only approximate without speaking, listening and reading tests). In effect I want a 'start page', the test, then a 'results page' and nothing more.

I am currently playing with both 1.9.10+ and 2.0+ (two sites so I can experiment) but would obviously appreciate a solution that applies to 2.0 if possible. Any ideas how I could do this?

Any suggestions welcomed!

Brian
